I’m giving the Full Body Cleanse 4 stars. It definitely works! If you follow the instructions, and if your goal is to lose weight, it will happen! I lost 10 lbs in the first 10 days, felt great, and gained a new liking for a variety of salads. So why not 5 stars? The 5 pills every 2-3 hours were a killer for me; it was difficult. I plan to do the Full Body Cleanse once every 6 months. I want to see if it decreases my high cholesterol count. I’m not on meds, but the doctor states I’m headed in that direction. *

Thank you Dherbs! The Full Body Cleanse literally rebooted my entire system. I noticed during this pandemic my consumption of sugar was off the charts. Along with menopause it definitely added stubborn weight that refused to leave and made it difficult to practice yoga as it’s mostly body weight moves and my body was heavy! I have lost inches, no longer craving sweets and pastries and also have very little if no desire for meat. I am back to enjoying fish occasionally and now know that jack fruit meals and black bean burgers can be bomb too. I have also bought and sent my sisters the 10 day cleanses for their health and well being!! *
