Ate vegan but it wasn't "raw" vegan (pamphlet said nothing was to be cooked above 180 degrees or something like that but I made vegan crock pot meals and vegan soups). Eliminations at least three times a day, they weren't always solid, varying colors. Start to finish, down 4.8 lbs. Kept eating vegan until Thanksgiving and was down 9lbs from Nov 1st. Did not see any improvement in skin quality, texture, or breakouts. Would recommend to friends. Interested in trying the WRC next time around. *
