My wife and I tried the Full Body Cleanse after we heard about it from a family friend. I have to say, it was one of the best things I did for my body this year. First couple days were tough because of lack of caffeine. I would get headaches in the mornings but nothing that was unbearable. Next couple days I had some body pain which felt like it was my kidneys. I took it as a good sign that things are working, and I am glad I did, because after day 5, I started feeling really good. My energy levels were up, I was sleeping much better, I was in a really good mood, and of course I was happy that my tummy was flattening. The only tough part towards the end was the cravings but I am glad I did not give up. I actually went a few days over since my wife had some extra pills from missed doses. My husband and I completed the Full Body Cleanse. We both feel great. It was challenging but we got through. He lost 15 pounds and stopped smoking! My weight loss was 8 to 10 pounds. This will be my third time on the Full Body Cleanse. The first time I used the products, it was hard to keep up with the timing to take the herbs and the change in food intake, but I noticed that I had more energy than usual and lost a few pounds. The second time, I did the Full Body Cleanse I prepared well. I used the timers on my phone, a pill box, prepared my juices and other intake, dry brushed, soaked in clay, etc. I had more energy, focus, a better mood, and lost 15lbs amongst other great results, using the cleanse. This time my cleanse will be a life changer, because I have prepared my intake and environment so that the herbs can help yield the best results, and I plan to continue this cleanse three times a year. The Full Body Cleanse really works. Me and my wife tried it together. She lost 30lbs and I lost 20 by the end. Feeling much healthier. About to purchase it again! It is hard the first day or week but the cravings stop. I guess because you are constantly taking the pills with water. It keeps you full. It's worth it though. *

On the first day of the Full Body Cleanse I didn't eat much at all. I got really tired. Woke up the next morning and with in 30 min began to throw up. I looked on the site and it said this reaction is because I had a lot of impurities. There was a modified schedule to take the pills. Three days later I began again. I was so amazed at the difference. I didn't feel sick. I wasn't hungry and no caffeine withdrawal symptoms. I felt clean and lighter. I released a total of 17 pounds. Now plan to do the maintenance plan. *

I purchased the Full Body Cleanse so that I could cleanse and lose some quarantine weight. I didn't finish the Full Body Cleanse, but I did do 12 days. It was difficult at first to take all of the pills and follow the raw foods diet, but I got use to it and ended up loving it. I felt a huge difference in the way that I felt and I lost a few pounds. I noticed a difference in the way that I felt and my energy level. I am planning on reordering the product again and completely finishing the cleanse this time. *
