I really like the cleanse! The only downside is that you have to take A LOT of pills. Some days I found myself struggling to keep up with the times. I followed the regimen about 90% of the time. Eating raw is really hard but luckily Dherbs have suggested recipes for the Full Body Cleanse. I can for sure see myself doing it again. I felt great afterwards and have no craving for meat. *

I just finished the Full Body Cleanse yesterday. I lost 10 pounds. I really thought I would have lost more weight because before doing the cleanse I have always been a person who eats mostly vegetables, so I was excepting more weight loss. The Cleanse is not difficult to follow, but it has been sometimes frustrating for me not to be able to have eggs or fish.
