The Full Body Cleanse was an amazing experience. I gain more energy than I’d had in a long time after day 3 and begun to release weight. My allergies were not an issue while on the cleanse and I could breath with ease. After completing the cleanse my body felt rejuvenated. I highly recommend the cleanse. *

Well at first I was skeptical but I remembered that as a child my father always gave me bush tea when I was sick and it always worked better than northern remedies. In any case I figured I should try the Full Body Cleanse... I didn’t lose the drastic weight that some said they did but I did drop 10lbs which put me happily back to my normal weight. My skin now a glow, I have way more energy. Overall I am very pleased with the cleanse, I will be ordering another for myself and when my dad finishes recovering from surgery I will order one for him as well. Blessing to all! *

I am on day 18 of the 20-day cleanse. I did the Full Body Cleanse immediately after the 10-day express. I didn't lose weight on the express but I have lost 10 pounds on full body. I will be repeating the Full Body Cleanse immediately following this one. I am due to have blood work done next month and I am very interested to see my A1C and what my other numbers presently are. I will be express ordering my next full-body cleanse to begin next week. Thank you Dherbs for the opportunity to learn how to change my way of eating and keeping my body in better condition. I am considering a vegan diet I don't know if I am completely ready for that yet but, I know I do not want to go back to the way things were. *

The Full Body Cleanse is an amazing product. It works perfect for you. As long as you are ok with swallowing medium size pills and following the diet the way it is, It's almost guaranteed you will lose weight and feel better. I lost 22 pounds which is more than I wanted but that's ok, I can get another 7 pounds in a few weeks easy. I feel so much better now, and I am back playing soccer every day. I am very happy. I can’t rave enough about the Full Body Cleanse!!!! I’ll be honest; I am not someone who works out a lot/ invests a lot of time into having a very “fit lifestyle.” I heard about the cleanse while listening to the Breakfast Club and saw the cleanse on an episode on Steve Harvey’s Show. I did a little bit more digging and was still skeptical. However, I decided I was going to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. I LOST 11 POUNDS IN 20 DAYS. My exercise routine during this cleanse was very moderate. I did not start working out consistently until my second week. During my first week, I just wanted my body to adjust to the plan. My favorite part about the plan has to be the recipes listed on the website. I can not emphasize how helpful they were. Whenever I hear about a new diet or cleanse, I always think I’m going to be hungry. This was the complete opposite. The meals are so versatile and delicious. My chef ( my awesome daughter) helped me prep/cook my meals throughout the plan, and they were fun and easy to put together. I did not eat unhealthy before the cleanse. The major difference was the absence of meat and dairy. I rarely missed them. *
