This Full Body Cleanse has helped me so much I’ve tried other product and I’ve found that Dherbs cleanse is the best. It’s a bit pricey but it’s definitely worth the $$$. I give the 20 Full Body Cleanse a 5 star rating because it was realistic. I said realistic not to be confused with simple. I did have a day or two that my will power(discipline) wanted to stray but I did not. Reading other reviews, before I started 20 FBC, helped tremendously. I also had an accountability partner, my finance' and I did the cleanse together. We supported and encouraged one another. I have read numerous articles stating meat is so hard to digest and cooked (steamed, baked, broil, grill, boil) food looses so many nutrients that our body needs so this raw cleanse showed me that the body can function full speed ahead with proper hydration.
