Was initially skeptical as I didn't think I would make it a full 20 days, plus as bad as my cravings for sugar were, I didn't believe there was truly anything that could help me. Boy was I wrong. After 3 days of taking the pills, my cravings greatly subsided. My energy level was high and the raw diet was actually very refreshing.
