Well at first I was skeptical but I remembered that as a child my father always gave me bush tea when I was sick and it always worked better than northern remedies. In any case I figured I should try the Full Body Cleanse... I didn’t lose the drastic weight that some said they did but I did drop 10lbs which put me happily back to my normal weight. My skin now a glow, I have way more energy. I am on day 18 of the 20-day cleanse. I did the Full Body Cleanse immediately after the 10-day express. I didn't lose weight on the express but I have lost 10 pounds on full body. I will be repeating the Full Body Cleanse immediately following this one. I am due to have blood work done next month and I am very interested to see my A1C and what my other numbers presently are. I will be express ordering my next full-body cleanse to begin next week. Thank you Dherbs for the opportunity to learn how to change my way of eating and keeping my body in better condition. I am considering a vegan diet I don't know if I am completely ready for that yet but, I know I do not want to go back to the way things were. *
