The herbs are amazing and easy to take. They are small and not hard to swallow. I felt natural energy and clarity, I slept better and after the 3rd day on the herbs, I stopped having heart palpitations and bleeding and spotting! Didn't care for the charcoal, but it's not horrible, just remember to follow up with some warm water or tea to get that chalky feeling out of your throat. Overall, I am excited to do the Full Body Cleanse for a second time!!! *

Today is the 11th day of my second 20 day Full Body Cleanse using Dherbs. And just like the first cleanse, I feel absolutely amazing. By the end of my first Full Body Cleanse, I had lost 33 pds and came down 2 dress sizes. Unfortunately, I didn't take any measurements prior to starting cleansing, so I couldn't tell you how many inches I actually lost. But, the most amazing reward was the way that I felt. The Full Body Cleanse does exactly what it advertises. It is ruff to get through the diet if you're not vegan but it is definitely worth it! About day 8 I felt like absolute crap, I was spacey, and semi feverish. After it wore off about 2 days later my energy went through the roof. I would wake up and feeling fully aware the moment I stepped out of bed when before I would be groggy and would need a hot rag to fully wake up. I did notice also towards the end of the cleanse my face broke out for about 5 days which I was aware could possibly happen. I am definitely gonna start cleansing once per quarter along with the tea's which are awesome as well! *

Awesome! The Full Body Cleanse worked very well and I feel renewed. I followed the meal plan as suggested and did not find myself hungry or craving the things I hated to give up the most. I have continued the meal plan slightly incorporating some cook items but very little meat products. I am no longer constantly feeling fatigued and achy. *

The Full Body Cleanse was good, I just couldn’t keep up with the raw diet. Plant based was easy to acclimate. I will definitely do this twice a year. I felt good, skin looked good and stomach was flat......if I had worked out I believe I would lost more weight though 5lbs was good too. *
