The capsules were easy to swallow, I didn’t have any negative side effects. Only lost 10lbs but I lost a lot of very high blood pressure. I feel great, it’s been about nine days since I've finished the Full Body Cleanse and I still eat healthy and I only eat vegan, mostly eat raw foods but also included beans, brown rice etc. I still have lots of energy, I exercise every morning. I know I have lost more pounds but I’m not going to weigh myself until the end of July. Thanks to Dherbs I have a new lifestyle and don’t want to go back to being tired, heavy eating and lack of motivation. This Full Body Cleanse has changed my life. My body would hurt so bad that I would contemplate getting out of my car after work. Shalom. The Full Body Cleanse worked better than expected. I Actually lowered my blood pressure from a high of 165/127 to 116/92. Did not expect to loose weight even though the ads promoted weight loss. My only con is some of my bottles were 1 day off for my pill count. Overall, well worth the purchase! I also did a review on Facebook with before and after pictures. A bunch of my friends and family are interested in purchasing this cleanse. *
