A lot, A lot of pills, daily. It made me drink a lot of water, which was best part of it. I only lost 6lbs which I hoped would be more. My diet could have been better, but I did have a raw food diet for about 9 of days. Looked up the herbs which sounds outstanding. I am willing to try the cleanse again. *

The Full Body Cleanse was the best cleanse I have ever done. I had energy, slept very well and had a super mood change.
