I’ve lost 14 pounds in 20 days! I tried my best to stay raw but on day 15, I started grilling my veggies. I sticked to the vegan diet throughout the Full Body Cleanse and now after the cleanse I’ve become a full on vegetarian. In the next few months I will work towards cutting out dairy. The cleanse made me realize I have a sensitivity to dairy and it is the reason I break out in cystic acne. I also recommend using the hair and nails supplements. It was the only thing that fixed my short, brittle nails. Now they are long and healthy and my hair is shiny! I only use this brand for supplements now. Thank you! *

I finished my Full Body Cleanse yesterday. I'm pleased to say that I have lost 22 pounds. This is the first time I did the whole 20 days because I usually do half and half and I'm glad I decided to complete the whole cleanse. My weight was 167lbs now I'm 145lbs. My goal is 140lbs. I also ordered The Weight Release Formula to help me maintain my weight on my process goal. *

The only disappointment was that I only lost 10 lbs. The last week I called customer service because I was not using the rest-room daily and the gentleman I spoke with told me that was normal. I love the fact that I had energy my sugar was down, and it curbed my appetite. I did order the maintenance plan in which I have not received as yet. I see what the next steps are after the maintenance plan. *

I was a little skeptical about all the pills I had to take but it's not that bad since you take small doses throughout the day. I think the Full Body Cleanse is a life changer if you stick with it and eat right and continue to exercise. I did not lose the weight I wanted to lose but my body felt so much better. I haven’t taken my blood pressure pills, my poop didn’t smell and over all I felt better healthier. So thanks for that!
