After getting bronchitis at the beginning of the year, I immediately began the 20 Full Body Cleanse as the next phase of my recovery knowing the herbs will continue the healing process. I did not see optimum results on the Full Body Cleanse but take the ownership as I did not follow the directives properly. Going to try again with the Weight Release program and will stick to the instructions and post my results! *

I gave the Full Body Cleanse 4 stars because it did help improve my energy. I lost about 10-15 pounds. I followed all of the directions, so I expected to loose more than what I did. Overall, it was a great process. *

Actually I did like it, it did what it was supposed to do. After I had the Full Body Cleanse, I slept better, I felt better, my energy was better, my mood was better, I was not hungry and I will be doing this every year. Probably every six months. If you don’t do anything else, do this. My main focus was not to lose weight. It was to cleanse my overall health and it exceeded my expectations. *

I absolutely LOVE the Full Body Cleanse! I did this cleanse late last year along with my significant other so we could motivate one another during the process. The benefits have been amazing for us, we feel like younger adults. Some of medical conditions no longer required to take routine medications as previous. The diet was definitely a challenge, but anything that is worth having requires a sacrifice. I recommend this product all the time to my colleagues, friends and family. I was waiting for the "right" time to cleanse with my schedule. This is my 2nd time completing the Full Body Cleanse & it was easier for me than the 1st one (a couple years ago). It's just the boost I needed, as I had already changed my diet to plant based approximately 2 months prior. I drank only distilled (50 oz) & alkaline water (50 oz) as suggested (somehow I missed that info the 1st time around). Don't be surprised if you end up with a pimple or two; it means the cleanse is working. I'm definitely feeling lighter, more energized, & my skin is clearer than it was before the cleanse. I highly recommend the Full Body Cleanse! *
