I absolutely loved the Full Body Cleanse when I did it a year ago. I recommend it to everyone. I’m also doing it again starting this week. I felt good and had more energy. I also followed the recipes that were shared on the website. I encouraged my two sisters and some of my friends to do it. Great cleanse, easy to follow. The only thing I wish was included was something to help show the progress for motivation. The shipping was standard it took about a week to get to me. I lost 10lbs. So I bought another Full Body Cleanse and lost about 5more lbs. it’s shows you that it is truly what you eat that makes a difference. I like the vegan approach however; in the beginning it’s hard to figure out what to eat. *
