The Full Body Cleanse worked really good! I lost 23 pounds. I followed the recommendations in the guide book such as colonics, sauna use and exercising. The activated charcoal can get a little messy but other than that there was no complaints at all. I plan on doing this program again. It is a great start to jump into a lifestyle change. *

My first two days were there worst. I had a headache all day. By day 3 I was feeling better. I'm not sure what day I started feeling more energy. It just happened. I didn't take any reflux meds during the cleanse and found I didn't need them. Day 20 I was anxious to eat something cooked but not ridiculous. The Full Body Cleanse has changed my outlook on foods. I did not see optimum results on the Full Body Cleanse but take the ownership as I did not follow the directives properly. Going to try again with the Weight Release program and will stick to the instructions and post my results! *
