This is a good cleanse because within the first week I saw a difference in my body. However I didn’t finish the course for one reason. I felt that like it was too much pills to take , 600 pills in 20 days I just couldn’t do it. Instead I started taking the colon cleanse and the charcoal at night and I continued eating the suggested way ( raw vegan) . I have lost not only pounds but inches and feels great. All that being said, I will recommend the Full Body Cleanse but with a WARNING about the amount of pills. *

I am on my last week of the Full Body Cleanse, I have noticed it has really cleansed out the impurities in my system. I have lost almost 15 pounds and some inches. I am able to get in a pair of jeans that couldn't zip up before. I've been eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water along with juicing. Just finished the Full Body Cleanse, I wasn't too happy with the results but I do feel it was working. My main goal was to lose weight and I did stick to the diet plan but I just couldn't budge. I did talk with a customer service lady she was very helpful and said I could have some underlying issues. So we discussed a hormonal balance problem which could be the culprit. I am purchasing the Female Hormonal Cleanse and then I will give the Full Body Cleanse another try! I'm all about the herbal supplements so I'm hoping this will help resolve some of my issues. *
