The cleanse was wonderful. It involves taking 5 pills every 2-3 hours. I thought that was going to be an issue, but not. They went down smoothly. Had a few mild headaches here and there and my husband had issues with sinus congestion as his body got rid of the impurities. I lost 10 pounds and my husband 15.
