Great program, I was totally overthinking this. The meal plan and pills was not difficult at all. I’m a person that hate pills I normally have problems swallowing them. With the Full Body Cleanse I had no issues at all. My toughest issue was with the no coffee but I only had 2 days of a little nagging headache but nothing to stress about . The big wow factor was the weight loss of 15 lbs and I had a lump under my arm for years (I had tested and no cancer) and it’s completely gone. I also had skin tags that are gone. The Full Body Cleanse is one of the simplest ways I have found to lose weight and get detoxed at the same time. I STARTED THE FULL BODY CLEANSE DECEMBER 7, AND THE FIRST 7 DAYS I WAS STRUGGLING WITH THE DIET OMG. THEN I STARTED GETTING USE TO IT, AND I FEEL SO GOOD.
