The Full Body Cleanse is one of the simplest ways I have found to lose weight and get detoxed at the same time. It is much less cumbersome than the weekly colonics I used to do in addition the tiring and time consuming daily workouts. However, I would not stop the workouts, as they do add to the weight loss. Admittedly I did not lose all the weight I desired because my focus was more on cleansing. Now I am far more motivated to stick with the dietary guidelines because my desire now is to lose 40 pounds over three months. I STARTED THE FULL BODY CLEANSE DECEMBER 7, AND THE FIRST 7 DAYS I WAS STRUGGLING WITH THE DIET OMG. THEN I STARTED GETTING USE TO IT, AND I FEEL SO GOOD. I LOST 11 LBS, I WEIGHED IN AT 249 AND NOW I'M AT 238 AND I DON'T HAVE AND URGE FOR MEAT AT ALL WOW. I'M STILL EATING THE SAME WAY I DID DURING THE 20 DAY CLEANSE AND I FEEL GOOD. I received the Full Body Cleanse and I delayed in trying it for a bit because of my schedule. When I eventually did try it, I lost a total of 31 lbs in 20 days! I could not believe my eyes!! Performing the 20-day Full Body Cleanse was my 4th Dherbs cleanse, but my first time doing this particular one. For some reason it was REALLY HARD for me to get through, but I made it and i felt better. I would recommend this cleanse and will do a different cleanse for my 5th one. *

I did the Full Body Cleanse a couple months ago. Staying on a raw vegan diet was EXTREMELY difficult for me. The pills are not a big deal and drinking the charcoal I didn't mind at all. If you stick to this diet, it's LIFE CHANGING!! I am going to purchase it again and have a friend to be accountable to. Love DHERBS! *
