The Full Body Cleanse turned out to be a really great experience for me. I thought it was going to be difficult to give up the coffee, hot foods and of course the wine, but it was not. The thing I was most concerned about was having a caffeine headache for several days but I never got a headache at all. I was really happy that I did not have any type of reaction to the supplements and it was pretty easy to stay on the schedule. I did lose 11 pounds of which I was very pleased with. In addition to getting overall healthy I also have a weight release goal of a total of 25 pounds so I am now doing the weight release program, which is going great! *

The Full Body Cleanse is easy to follow, recommend setting timer on cell phone for taking pills on time. Hardest thing about the cleanse was NO MEATS AND NO COOKED FOODS. In a few days your body will adapt to the no sugar. Use stevia ,its from a plant. I did have a time taking the bowel cleansing which is bottle 6 . It has senna in it. I was already on a daily regimen of senna before the cleanse I was experiencing too may watery like BMs so I stopped it. I did lose 10 pounds in the 1st week and I do feel like I have more energy. Just follow the cleanse as close as you can and trust the process. *
