If one follows the recommendations and help provide by Dherbs the cleansing is very do able. By no means is it easy at the beginning however after the initial withdrawals it is very easy to follow. I will be doing this again. I recommend it to everyone who sees the weight loss. During the cleansing it helps with my insomnia. I sleep like a baby and a great side effect is I remember my dreams. I would recommend start with the 10 day cleanse if a person is not sure but by day 10 of the 20 day Full Body Cleanse it's like no problem. *
