I did the Full Body Cleanse mainly to feel better after years of taking medication. My expectations were met and more. Lost 16 pounds and it changed the way I look at food and how much I eat. I feel better and eat far less. No I am not vegan and have no interest in becoming one. However, I eat more fruits and vegetable and no added sugar to anything I eat or drink. Awesome program. The first few days (2-3) we're a little hard due to the adjustment of cutting out sugar, meat, breads etc; but after the 3rd day I began to get it and ended up with great results to include seeing a difference in my skin (no breakouts, skin clearer) I will definitely be doing this cleanse again in the very near future. *

I gave this cleanse a 3 stars because too many pills to take daily and recipes are not as easy as the site makes it seem. Some of them not very tasty and then you already spent your money on the items. I feel it worked somewhat because i did see a difference in my bathroom use. *
