I did the Full Body Cleanse a couple months ago to kick start my weight lose journey. While I pretty healthy and eat healthy I wanted to lose about 10lbs of weight to lean out. Wow! I used to do the Master Cleanse 2-3 times a year until I got tired of not eating, and drinking the salt water to release. The Full Body Cleanse is by far very doable because I get to eat.
