The Full Body Cleanse was great. Wasn't really that hungry after the first few days. I really had plenty of energy. An people keep saying how my skin looked bright an clear. I lost about 10 pounds. But I lost many noticeable inches. Overall, it was a process that was well worth it. The one thing I can say that was a struggle was remembering to take my pills on time.
