I thought it was going to be difficult to follow the eating plan and take the pills every few hours but it’s turned out to be the easiest thing! It’s completely revamped my way of eating and I feel so much healthier and have way more energy. I would recommend the Full Body Cleanse to anyone who feels like they’ve reached a wall in their eating habits and need to reset their bodies! *

I was very skeptical at first about the Full Body Cleanse but after the second day I realized it had been the nest decision ever. Not only did I become less bloated and more regular but I also gained so much energy. Not to mention the 15 pounds I lost which was a lot being only 130 pounds. I finally saw what having cut abs was about. *

My wife and I recently completed the 10 day Full Body Cleanse and had great results. I lost 9 lbs and my wife last 6 lbs and some inches. We both felt great and more focused. I can say the the Full Body Cleanse is the truth. We had green smoothies for breakfast and fresh fruits and raw nuts for snacks and salads for lunch and dinner. I was surprised to see that I lost 6 pounds in the first 4 days! Unfortunately for me, I started around the 4th of July. LOL!! So I didn't follow the Full Body Cleanse fully for a couple of days. However when I resumed, I lost a total of 10 pounds. I'm gonna do it again in about a week. I know I'll lose even more due to the fact that my birthday is coming up and I'm determined to make it work even better this time. *

My husband and I tried the 20-day Full Body Cleanse earlier this year. It was the first time he had ever done a cleanse. I've done cleanses before, but this was my first Dherbs Cleanse. We were both pleasantly surprised that we weren't hungry and still felt energetic despite the fruit/vegetable diet. We didn't experience any side effects during the entire 20-day period! I believe he said he lost approximately 15-20 pounds during the cleanse, however, he's more active than I am. I walked 2-3 miles 3-4 times per week during the cleanse, but I didn't lose as much weight as my husband. I plan to do the cleanse every six months, so this time I'll increase my exercise regimen, and hopefully I'll see more weight loss. Regardless, I felt good during and after the cleanse, so that's why I'm doing it again. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse is a great way to get yourself back on track. Make sure you look at the recipes and the food you’re allowed to have before doing this so you’re prepared. On another note my hair had been falling out. After completing the cleanse I noticed my hair wasn’t coming out as much . I can’t say for sure of course that the reason it stopped was the cleanse but I Believe the cleanse did something to help stop that. I will be trying more products in future ! *
