I absolutely love the Full Body cleanse after 20 days I lost a total of 18 pounds! The first 2 days was challenging but on the 3rd day it just got better! I was so surprised that I had so much energy without any caffeine and my appetite and cravings went away by the 10th day! I was surprised to see that I lost 6 pounds in the first 4 days! Unfortunately for me, I started around the 4th of July. LOL!! So I didn't follow the Full Body Cleanse fully for a couple of days. However when I resumed, I lost a total of 10 pounds. I'm gonna do it again in about a week. I know I'll lose even more due to the fact that my birthday is coming up and I'm determined to make it work even better this time. *

My husband and I tried the 20-day Full Body Cleanse earlier this year. It was the first time he had ever done a cleanse. I've done cleanses before, but this was my first Dherbs Cleanse. We were both pleasantly surprised that we weren't hungry and still felt energetic despite the fruit/vegetable diet. We didn't experience any side effects during the entire 20-day period! I believe he said he lost approximately 15-20 pounds during the cleanse, however, he's more active than I am. I walked 2-3 miles 3-4 times per week during the cleanse, but I didn't lose as much weight as my husband. I plan to do the cleanse every six months, so this time I'll increase my exercise regimen, and hopefully I'll see more weight loss. Regardless, I felt good during and after the cleanse, so that's why I'm doing it again. *

When I began my first cleanse I was skeptical of all the pills but I pushed through and by day 20 I had lost 15lbs. Then a year later I took another cleanse and by day 20 I had lost 25lbs. After the first day you can begin to feel the difference in your body. You feel lighter, more energetic, less bloated. I think the Full Body Cleanse is a great way to get yourself back on track. Make sure you look at the recipes and the food you’re allowed to have before doing this so you’re prepared. On another note my hair had been falling out. After completing the cleanse I noticed my hair wasn’t coming out as much . I can’t say for sure of course that the reason it stopped was the cleanse but I Believe the cleanse did something to help stop that. I will be trying more products in future ! *

I have used the Full Body Cleanse 3 different times now and just purchased it again. Every time it helps me to get in better overall health, shape and habits. My heart rate, blood sugar, digestion and circulation and lung health always improve. It is also I Good way to help build healthy habits when I fall out of them.
