I was not hungry, I planned on just doing the Full Body Cleanse 5 days but once I got started. I started feeling good I dropped 15 lbs. I refused to stop, I didn't miss cooked food plus I was doing something good for my health. It's worth it I ordering the maintenance plan. I don't want to return back to old habits. I didn't have to take sinus meds. I realize dairy was the cause of a lot of my issues. I will no longer eat EGGS AND CHEESE this made me have problems with Mucus. *

The Full Body Cleanse really works if you stick to the plan. I have done the cleanse 3 times and have felt great. The first time I lost 25 lbs. I did itch a little bit but I knew that was from my body cleansing that I had stored in me. I have recommended the cleanse to family and friends and they also have had great results. I started The DHERB FULL BODY CLEANSE in June. Eating raw vegan wasn’t hard for me at all. Starting something new was an adjustment just for 2 days, but it was long over due, because I’ve been diagnosed with high blood pressure, GERD, Diabetes Type2 and Chronic Pancreatitis.
