I'm on my 4th day of the Full Body Cleanse and have lost 6 lbs YAY! I'm very happy with my progress. The FBC is fun and easy. I don't have to be hungry even though I'm eating only raw foods. I'm also happy I don't have to count calories and pulling my hair out figuring all that out. This is simple, clean and quick! For the past year I've been on all sorts of diets...This regimen is the ONLY one that works. I have done the weight loss regimen before with extraordinarily results. The pills were too much for me then..BUT nothing beat that regiment. I went back to my poor eating habits and now back full circle to Dherbs to save me from myself. I'm SOLD for life! The Full Body Cleanse is amazing. It is a quality product. My food cravings for salt and sugar are gone. I do the cleanse twice a year ....my body, health and skin continue to radiate. Guys.... be willing to spend money on your health and the food you eat, just as you would splurge on anything else. The prices don't phase me at all.....can't get something for nothing. I’ve done this cleanse twice, and I’m about to do it for a third time. The first two times I would take the cleanse for weight loss benefits and overall health, then go back to eating meat regularly even though I can tell my body didn’t enjoy eating those types of things. The Full Body Cleanse taught me what my body wanted and did not want, now it’s 4 years later since I did the cleanse and I have been vegan for 3 years. This year will be my first time taking the cleanse on an previous vegan diet, of course I’m altering my eating by consuming raw food. But this should be a fun and refreshing experience! *
