I just ended my 20 day Full Body Cleanse and lost 13 lbs. It was not difficult and I feel great!! *

Ok, so I was super skeptical about spending alot of money on a cleanse I never tried, but because I also was transitioning into being a vegan I thought why not try the Full Body Cleanse. I learned that their diet was a raw food plant based diet ( rather than a juice or a fast, Thank God) and since it was so strict in what we could eat, I thought this would be the perfect route. One thing I loved about doing this cleanse is that it didn't make me feel sluggish. Even though I completely cut meat out, I still had enough energy to push through my day. Ideally we aren't suppose to be doing any crazy workouts during it, but I really enjoyed the extra sweat it gave me during my cleanse. So after the 1st week, I went back into working out. I use to turn to caffeine pills to make it feel like I'm burning more calories and sweating more and to be honest with you, this is the best natural alternative. I would definitely do this again because I didn't feel any horrible side effects. Remember, In order for this to work you have to really stick to the all plant based diet. Don't cheat yourself on this journey because you will only be frustrated. I wouldn't look at this as a miracle pill, but more so a support system on your cleansing journey. Yes, if you're wondering, I did lose weight, about 15 lbs, which is pretty impressive because I didn't have a lot of weight to lose. The refreshing feeling I got from the cleanse was my biggest goal and I achieved that with this cleanse. *

This is my 5th time doing the full boby cleanse and every time I use it I lose around 20 pound.. I am a breast cancer survivor. The first time I ordered the cleanse I wanted to get all the chemo out of my system. I felt better and my skin look radiant and I had so much energy. As a registered nurse, I take health and wellness seriously. I had been on prednisone due to an illness and had put on weight. I also have Ehler-Danlos and have bowel issues and needed something to get me healthy again. I still have a way to go - but my diet has changed and it changed easily - I did not starve, I had no cravings, and I even gave up coffee - and at 50 year of age and having been drinking it since I was 2 years old that says a lot! I've actually lost count on how many cleansers I've purchased, but it's like an addiction. Out of all of the diets I've tried, the Full Body Cleanse has been the most successful for me. Due to the fact that I am not that disciplined, I don't follow the diet directly....In other words, I'm always cheating, but yet I have still been successful at losing and keeping the weight off.
