The Full Body Cleanse was a good cleanse I lost 21 pounds and I am still eating healthy. My weight loss is still continuing. I have tried a lot of different cleanses and this one was a really good one. I have encouraged a lot of people to try it. The cleanse did not have me racing to the restroom and the bowl movements were smooth and not cramping. *

Great product. Good system. The Full Body Cleanse worked for me. I wanted to lose about ten pounds. I lost nine pounds. It took a couple of days to get used to the system; but after that, it was fine. There are plenty of meal options, but I don't like to plan meals. So I found a couple of meals within the plan that I liked that provided the nutrition I wanted and basically stuck with those. The only reason I gave the system four stars instead of five is because there are a lot of pills. I can understand why, but still, it took me a few days to get accustomed. Otherwise, I like it and will probably do it again in the fall. *

The Full Body Cleanse is an amazing product! I consulted with my doctor first and got the ok!! It was hard initially, but once I got going it got easier. I did the 20 day cleanse and lost approx 16 pounds!!. The supplements made me feel better all over and I had much more energy. I did not crave the junk that I was used to eating and when I went back to the doctor, she was so amazed at my numbers. My blood numbers were significantly better.
