The Full Body Cleanse was great. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I was never hungry and I had plenty of energy. I had no cravings and my sweet tooth was satisfied. I used the recipes off the site to keep thing from getting boring. I lost 10lbs, not as much as I would have liked but with hypothyroid it was great and easy. I can’t wait to either do it again or try the weight lost cleanse. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to clean out and feel good. *

The Full Body Cleanse works, I lost 20lbs. One day was very hard. You have to eat a lot of salad. Just buy fruit eat something through out the day and you will be fine. *

If you are NOT serious about cleansing your body then DHerbs is not for you. The Full Body Cleanse definitely challenged me mentally and physically, and the cravings I did have, have started to dwindle. I've lost a considerable amount of weight so far and I feel light when I walk and light when I wake in the morning. I eat less for my meals and I don’t feel sleepy after eating.
