This was my second Full Body Cleanse the 1st one I did was the 20 day cleanse this is an amazing product. The second one I did was the 10 express cleanse and I had the same great results. Being that I am in the construction industry the 10 express cleanse actually worked better for me because of the time. Thanks *

2 days from the finish line of completing my first round of the Full Body Cleanse. I can truly say it has been a challenge. Day 14 I was down 18 lbs will recheck at day 20. My stomach is flatten my bathroom habits has increased especially by day 10. My skin did break out with pimples and even a cold sore. BUT I continue with faith that my body was healing thyself. Glad to use these products to jumpstart my new alkline vegan lifestyle and healing journey. *

Fantastic cleanse - have done it 3x already! Expect the following if it is your first time... 1) Mind fog and emotional imbalance Sounds discouraging, but stick through it and you'll feel better than ever after. We have a lot of toxins stored up in our body fat and other areas, and this cleanse does a very good job of expelling them from the body. On the way out, the toxins may cause headaches and other distress.. this subsides.. stick it out. 2) Weight loss Even if you are a healthy weight, expect weight loss! This is a combination of water and fat, perhaps some muscle if you do not ensure that your calories and protein that you consume in your regular diet matches what your organic raw diet. 3) Glowing skin and lessening/elimination of bags and dark circles under eyes This is especially true if you are getting good sleep and going to bed early. 4) Elimination of allergies Yes, it can actually "cure" you of allergies. OMG I have one more day and I complete the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I am so proud of myself I did it. I feel amazing, I lost 12 pounds, energy is awesome. Hello.....my wife and I have just completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. We love it!!!!! I saw the cleanse on the Steve Harvey Show and we decided to give it a try. I absolutely love this cleanse. I decided to join the Air Force a few months ago to pay for my Nursing Program. When I went to Meps I passed everything but the weight requirements.
