I love the Full Body Cleanse, it actually does what it says. I have used the cleanse several times and gotten great results. My last cleanse I did prior to my Anniversary and Vow renewal in December. My friends and family could not stop talking about how much weight I had lost since they saw me last in June of that same year and how good I looked. I can't tell you how wonderful I felt on my wedding day again. I looked like I did at my first wedding 25 years ago, I was floating and felt wonderful. I had so much energy and danced all night. My husband also did the cleanse for the renewal and had great success also. He looked so handsome and young. I have since recommended to my friends and they are using the cleanse, I can't say enough, I am very pleased. *

The Full Body Cleanse was an awesome program! Eating raw foods was not as difficult as I expected. The food options were great! The recipes were easy to follow and definitely helped with being successful! I can't wait to see the results of the weight release cleanse. *

I'm always doing some sorts of cleanse or detox but the Full Body Cleanse is by far the best cleanse that I have been on. This is my 2nd time doing it and will be doing it again in the next couple of weeks. My 1st 7 days I had lost 17 pounds. I felt so much better and light. It got rid of all the inflammation that I could feel in my body. I was in pain from it and now I feel back to normal. The only thing is it's expensive so I have to get some extra money to but I would love to try more than the cleanse. *

The Full Body Cleanse works. You have to have the time to prepare your meals in order for it to work. The website and 1 800 number helped when you had questions. It also works better when you can get others in the house with you on board. It gets hard towards the end because it is hard to force all the pills down. I wish they could make it where you don't have to take so many pills at one time. The pills do have a nasty after taste to them. I did feel good while doing doing the cleanse. I am definitely going to do it again and have my husband also try it. *

The Full Body Cleanse was fantastic. I only gave it 4 stars because the diet made me weak. I went back to eating meat and gained my energy back. I cut fat and toned up and even gained muscle while in the gym. It helped a lot! I think anyone who has any issues whatsoever should definitely give this a try!! *

I completed my first Full Body Cleanse last September. The results were great! I experienced more energy, more restful sleep, my skin was more radiant, no more dry cracked heels, I felt clean from the inside out. No more feeling sluggish or bloated AND I lost 15lbs and have been able to keep it off. I love making fruit and vegetables smoothies each morning before work. My kids like them too. The Full Body Cleanse seems to be good but I could not stand the 20 days of raw foods. I quit on the day 13. I am thinking of trying it again. I also wanted to know if it's possible to do the cleaning and intercalate between raw and cooked vegetables. And have decaffeinated coffee. *
