I did the Full Body Cleanse for 20 days in June and lost 17 lbs. Went from 218 lbs to 201 lbs. Imagine what I would have lost if I had incorporated exercise along with the cleanse. I'm going to do another cleanse in about 10 months with exercise this time. *

This is my third order of the Full Body Cleanse. The first order my wife and I did it together. I lost weight she lost weight, and we had a lot of energy.
