This is the second time I have done the Full Body Cleanse. The first 3 days were the most challenging however after that it was not bad at all. I would definitely recommend to cleanse other people. Didn't have any kind of withdrawals or side effects. I didn't get sick or anything like that. The first time I did the cleanse I dropped about 10 lb and the second time I did it I dropped about 8 lb. With any cleanse preparation is key. *

My daughter and I did the Full Body Cleanse together for ten days and it was indeed an experience that we will never forget. We are looking forward to our maintenance package which follows the Full Body Cleanse. Between us both we have managed to loose 23lbs. It is a strong regimen but worth every moment. You go through some emotional moments and you tune into your weaknesses food wise and your strengths in determination. *

I loved the energy and focus I got from the Full Body Cleanse....being able to "eliminate" every day was a super bonus for me since I have problems with that....I did loose a few pounds this area would have been better if I followed the plan to a "T"...I do plan on buying the system again after Christmas to help with the dreaded extra pounds. *

I ordered the Full Body Cleanse a couple years back before taking a trip. My husband and I did it together. Although I was a little jealous that it worked better for him, I was still satisfied with my results. I lost 22 lb at the end of my cleanse and he lost 28.5. It was hard in the beginning getting used to not eating whatever I wanted but well worth the trouble in the end. I used to have swollen ankles at least once a week and that stopped and also always felt tired but that to changed. After about the 6th or 7th day I had already felt and saw change in us both. I would recommend this to anyone to do. *

I am usually skeptical about using products of this nature, but because I respect the opinion of Steve Harvey and his crew I took a chance on the Full Body Cleanse and I am so glad I did. My energy was through the roof and it made me feel great inside and out. I noticed a glow in my skin each day I continued to follow the instructions of the cleanse. Love, love, love this product. *

I recommend the Full Body Cleanse to everyone!! I must admit finding good recipes was the hardest part of my cleansing...but it was well worth it!!!! I’ve never felt so good!! Not only do you feel awake and energetic, you sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed. I even felt that I and my breathing was better. I lost 11lbs and was happy with that because overall I just felt...for lack of better words MARVELOUS!! After I completed my Full Body Cleanse several months later my husband tried and he continues to tell me he’s never felt better! We both are about to do the FBC again which I’m really excited about. Who would’ve thought of being excited to eating raw veggies and taking pills to cleanse would be something your looking forward to!! *
