I used Full Body Cleanse for the very first time, but definitely not the last time! Even though I did not have enough stamina to follow the recommended raw diet, I could see some great results such as incredible improvement of my skin and weight loss! I think the Full Body Cleanse works great! I can eat food. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t cause any gastrointestinal problems. I just wish that the charcoal was in capsule form. It can be messy if you’re not very careful. *

It was a lot of pills for someone that hates taking pills, but I had settled my mind with that. The most surprising area was that it seemed to especially affect the kidneys for me. When we think about cleansing, I think we wonder if it will have an overwhelming affect on our bowels. I didn't think about it causing me to urinate 'a lot' thru the day. About 4 times an hour, which was something to adjust to when I sometimes had hour drives. I ran across something I wasn't expecting & didn't find a way to speak to at Dherbs, so it caused new expense, by having to go to a holistic service to get more specific answers. I was told that many times doing cleanses causes dormant viruses that normally wouldn't cause us a problem to show up in testing. I happened to have medical check-ups & such, just after & near the end of the cleanse. I better understand some of the out of the ordinary readings now, but it would have been helpful to know: 1) Possibly plan to use an anti-viral after the cleanse. 2) Possibly, avoid doing basic check-ups soon after or during the cleanse. However, I also see it as maybe the cleanse showed something that could be a problem in my future, that was good to know or address simply now. Dherbs, my only suggestion from the experience, is to have someone at your communication centers that can re-direct you in the case of something unusual while/after using the product. *

I was first challenged to do the Full Body Cleanse about 10 years ago, from my spinning instructor. She said, I’m warning you it’s no joke, but the difficult part was just sticking to raw fruits and vegetables for the entire cleanse. And that’s just a matter of planning more than discipline. Once I got the food part down the rest was easy. And once you see the weight start to drop off, it’s mind blowing and inspiring. I now do it at least once a year. I know I should do it every six months. But for the first time I’m about to do two 20 day cleanses back to back. Since it’s all natural, I’m really going to put my own self to the test. When I bought my first Full Body Cleanse I followed the instructions to the letter and lost 10 pounds. I had lots of energy. I felt great, and my health improved. Taking the cleanse in the spring/summer time helped me especially as I haven't quite learned how to be disciplined with my choices of food. My doctor also saw a positive change in my medical results. I cheated with my second Full Body Cleanse because I did it in the winter time and found it more challenging to keep the salads going. I paid for the cheating by not getting the weight loss results I had previously with my first order. So I was a little disappointed. I'm now going for my third Full Body Cleanse because I firmly believe that the body needs that complete cleanse to remove all the toxins found in our everyday food. I also like the recipes that Dherbs offers and even the guidance on what foods to eat and their benefits. Full body cleans a good product, and I encourage everyone to give it at least one try. I've tried other cleanses and never feel like I've truly cleaned my system. I find myself struggling to follow an all liquid cleanse. With the Full Body Cleanse I feel like I'm getting the full benefits and I can still eat things like salads. I tried this product a few years back and thought it was too many pills and I didn’t exactly stick to it from laziness and no discipline.
