I have use the Full Body Cleanse several times, and each time I've lost an average of 18 lb. I was 285 And over the last 4 years I've lost a total of 50 lb with exercise and maintaining healthy eating habits. *

Everything appears to be working well. I started with the 20 day Full Body Cleanse at 222 lbs and a week later I'm actually down to 217 lbs. I have been hungry but I just eat blue berries to take the edge off. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a good product, didn't really track weight loss the 1st time around but I will this time. *

I had been fighting depression for awhile and then had a falling out with a love interest which took me further into a sad lower emotional state. I happened to be watching Steve Harvey show and saw the segment on dherbs. I figured anything had to be better than this current state I was in. I ordered the 20 day Full Body Cleanse...within 3 days I was feeling much better! Never being a morning person I found myself waking up with the sun and wanting to workout. I lost 20 lbs and was feeling great. I was going to stick with eating primarily raw and seeing where it would take me. Until I went to visit family...the call of lasagna with meat sauce and my Dad's birthday cake took me out. I spent 2 weeks trying to recover. I ordered FBC again and started over. Back to feeling better both physically and emotionally. I have two days till the finish line and will then be going on to another specialized cleanse. My skin and hair feels better, my eyes are brighter, and of course losing added pounds never hurts either. I have better clarity and am feeling back to my old self before the sadness crept in. By far the best Full Body Cleanse I've ever tried and I've tried a couple. I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. After day 3, I had more clarity and energy. I was surprised how my sweet cravings have diminished and I'm not craving meat. Unbelievable to me since I love a great steak and fish. Thanks Dherbs, I'm doing it again after my vacation to finish, I've lost 20lbs and 20 more to go. I'll be competing in my first bodybuilding competition in October. *

The Full Body Cleanse literally reprogrammed my way of thinking about what I put in my body. The first 3 days were rough, but it got easier as the days went by and my body adapted to this cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse was extremely hard and I didn't make it to 20 days. It was too many pills to keep track of with my busy day. I was only able to do 10 days and lost 10 lbs. *

I like the Full Body Cleanse. You really feel great after doing the cleanse. I lost 15 lbs. and feel great! *

So far so good. On day 9 of the Full Body Cleanse and I already see results. My face is smaller and I seem to be down in inches too. I’m saving the scale time until the very end so I can get that sticker shock feeling when I see how much weight I lost! My only pet peeve is the charcoal. The packaging was a big mess for me as I tried to take the correct measurements out each night. I eventually switched it to another bottle. I did stop taking it during my period because it had my heart pulsing very hard one day and I never experienced that. My throat was always dry in the morning after taking it. I will revisit on day 10 and 11 when my period is almost done and write any updates review after the completion of my cleanse. I’m looking forward to getting the maintenance package next. *
