The Full Body Cleanse is amazing! I lost 15 pounds and felt much much better afterwards. Of course the raw vegan diet takes a little adjusting to, but nothing impossible. I'd recommend to do a pre-cleanse prior to starting the cleanse so the Full Body Cleanse symptoms don't hit you at the beginning of the cleanse. It made it much easier for me. The week prior to starting the cleanse (while waiting for my order to be delivered), I stopped drinking coffee and cut out all sugar. It really helped. Everything that the booklet recommends you to do, you should follow, i.e the colonics, baths, massage ect...... It is truly a well rounded cleanse and right after I was full of energy and feeling healthy from the inside out. I definitely recommend!!! *

I've used the Full Body Cleanse about 4 times. I think it's a good product. The last time I used it was in January of this year. This time around I lost about 20 lbs. It surprised me because I usually lose about 12 lbs on my cleanses. I didn't really do the cleanse to lose weight. I wanted to jump start a new healthy lifestyle and get rid of my sugar cravings, also rid my body of all the toxins. I will continue to use the Full Body Cleanse in the future. I like how it cleanses and regulates your system. You really do feel clean on the inside. The hardest part for me is around day 10. I start to get tired of eating raw foods, and want cooked vegetables. I don't crave sweets or meat, but I do start to crave something cooked. All in all, I think It's a good product and if you stick with it, you will benefit and see results. *

I did the 10-day cleanse while recovering from surgery. I didn't exercise and lost 7 lbs. Then my husband and I did the 20-day Full Body Cleanse and followed the eating plan exactly. Although I didn't do the recommended exercise, I walked 3 days a week and lost 15 lbs, while my husband lost 18 lbs. I felt much better, and my feet were no longer swollen as they were prior to the cleanse - I know it was because of the Cardiovascular regimen. I will be buying those next. The Full Body Cleanse went into effect immediately for me. In the first three days I lost a pound a day!!! I was never hungry and noticed how much energy I had... the hardest thing for me was not having to cook. Overall I lost 10 pounds total and my energy level have completely changed. I like the Full Body Cleanse very much because I never felt hungry and it is not hard on your system where you are feeling weak. It has been 2 weeks and I still feel cleansed and do not want or crave unhealthy foods. I am well aware of what gives me energy and the benefits of raw fruit and vegetables. *

All Dherbs products I have used have met my expectations. The very first time I completed a cleanse, it was actually beyond any expectations I had. I love these products and will continue to use them any time I need to! Multiple cleanses down and I keep coming back, I wouldn't keep coming back if they didn't work. While on the cleanse I never felt better. After 20 days of experiencing the cleanse, my skin glowed, my digestive system seemed to be regulated and I lost 18 pounds. The daily regimen was not complicated. The process was quite rewarding and I definitely recommend the product to align your digestive system. I will be doing the Full Body Cleanse again. *
