I'm a very health conscious person, but began to feel bloated and not up to my normal energy level. My sister told me about Dherbs, and we decided to do the 20 day Full Body Cleanse together. I made fresh green drinks or smoothies in the mornings, and we would share a scrumptious salad later in the day. We sometimes had raw cashews or walnuts and drank a gallon or more of water each day. From the beginning of the cleanse, we kept a journal to notate our feelings and progress. I kept busy and it went pretty quickly, at the end of the cleanse, I felt like I was 16 again. I'm not over weight, but all the extra's had disappeared. I had so much energy and mental clarity improved. I was doing yoga regularly and walking.everyday. I started the 20 days Full Body Cleanse. Currently on day 10 with good improvement inflammation around knee joint. Don't miss bread or meats. Not sure about the weight loss yet. I completed the Full Body Cleanse, I lost 15lbs. I felt good every day with the exception of day 14; my only tough day. Also, the scale seemed to be stuck on the same weight for a few days and I was disappointed (I called Dherbs and got some advice (I was not eating enough) and was back on track for the rest of the cleanse) I had no cravings and was able to stick to the plan without issue. There were days I felt super energized and others where I felt a little sluggish. Food: prep. is important and it helps to be creative so you don't get bored. My advice is to check out the recipes on this site and try some. Many will be part of my life forever. It's a little overwhelming having to digest all those pills every few hours but it's worth the struggle. Just take it slow and drink plenty of water. It's been about a week since I finished the cleanse and I gained back 2lbs (too much seafood) but I checked myself and lost it, so I'm good. *
