I have used this cleanse twice. It has worked well for me. I must admit, it was not easy. I had to focus, seeing that I live with my family, and the distractions were there. However, perseverance pays off. I usually experience severe respiratory problems (bronchitis) every year. For the past two years, I had not experienced any respiratory problem. This product seemed to boost my immune system. Added to that, the product gave me a thorough clean out, which caused me to feel revitalized. During the process, I also lost 25 lbs, which has stayed off. The Full Body Cleanse worked well for me, and I have no reservations in recommending it. *
