I'm completing the Full Body Cleanse. I have lost 13lbs and have noticed shrinkage in what doctors have described as fat bump that I have had for years. I have made a few of the Raw food recipes that I will include in my diet. I will continue cleansing with the Kidney and Liver cleanses. I like my results! *

Hello friends, first I want to apologize for not responding sooner! I am so crazy busy that when I get a moment, I just want to lay there! The answer to your question is: Absolutely! The D-herbs Full Body Cleanse was fantastic! I lost between 20-25lbs. Even though I ate a few meals that consisted of cooked vegetables ... I went to a vegan Indian restaurant, because I had not prepared my raw food in advance; but even though, the results were still pretty amazing! Also, there is so much more to it then just a cleanse ... For me; it was a learning experience! I plan to do the cleanse again real soon ... Thank you so much D-herbs, you are a true blessing! *
