The Full Body Cleanse was exactly what I needed. Everyone's results may vary, but this product helped clean out a good 13 pounds of garbage from my system. I thought the eating regime would be hard, but before I started I had been eating salads already for two weeks prior to making the plunge into this cleanse. While on it I was surprised at how great I felt. Not lacking energy or the overall feeling of sluggishness after the lunch hour. The Full body cleanse is an awesome product, I'm usually on a daily thyroid medication but since the cleanse I've been off my meds. I'm usually really low on energy but since the cleanse I feel more awake and vibrant. I would recommend this product to ANYONE!! It did exactly what it says !
