I am very pleased after completing my 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I am not a true raw foods eater and it is very difficult for me to eat raw foods. I still lost 18 lbs and didn't do the cleanse 100% the way it should have been done. Although I did not eat any meats during the cleanse, I did steam or grill some vegetables in order to get them into my system and just to change up from certain things i got tired of eating. Eating plenty of salads and changing up the different dressings you use, will help those who can't really do raw foods, get through this process. Overall, the cleanse was very gentle to my system, I was more energetic with working out, not as tired as the day went on, my cardio was much better, and i just felt good coverall. I am going to purchase the maintenance package so I can maintain my weight and hopefully continue to shed a few more lbs. I just completed the Full Body Cleanse. It definitely changed my eating habits permanently. It's rough to eat nothing but raw foods for 20 days but definitely worth it. I've adapted a lot of the practices I put in use during the cleanse AFTER my cleanse was over. I dropped a total of 5 pounds but it looks like more was lost in inches when I look at my before and after pictures.
