I found the Full Body Cleanse to be good for me. It gave me discipline and structure. Eating raw was new for me. I took this challenge to be able to stop taking my high blood pressure medication. My pills gave me angioedema. I stopped taking them and waited a week before seeing my doctor. At the visit I had lost twenty pounds and my blood pressure was normal.
