The Full Body Cleanse is amazing! I lost weigh (15 lbs!), my energy level soared and my skin cleared up! Now the first week is pretty difficult if you're like me and were addicted to sugary foods and haven't had a diet focused on fruits and vegetables, so be prepared. But once you get thru that first week it starts to become habit and you'll find yourself not even craving some of the foods you used to eat on a daily basis. For instance, it was once absolutely necessary for me to have some form of a sugary snack daily and since doing this cleanse I actually turn my nose up at sugary snacks and no longer crave them. I'm about to do my 2nd go-round on this product (I have about 30 pounds to lose and I like that this allows you to lose the weight gradually while cleansing the body.). I've already encouraged my friends and family members to try this product and really hope they will! *

I have used the Full Body Cleanse 3 times and each time it has given me the results I wanted! I lost about 15 pounds every time each about 6 months apart and kept it off. Its extremely difficult to stick to the food plan at first which is why I only lost 15 instead of more but after the first couple days it become s a routine and I actually stick to the food for months after even because I am so used to it. The bloating stays down, you feel better and best of all you lose weight! I am on constant medication for my back problems and take this to help clean out my system every so often. The last time I did it, I had a reaction to the skin pill and I broke out all over my chest so I just took that one off after customer service recommended it and it cleaned up within a day or two. *

I was absolutely amazed by day 3 when all of my cravings were gone, not to mention I didn't take any of the bad food items out of my pantry or my fridge. I did the Full Body Cleanse for the full 20 day and lost 10lbs. Some of the Raw vegetables was difficult to absorb and I had to cook some vegetables. Overall I felt better and my complexion looked better due to compliments I received. Thanks for my start in eating the right way. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 18 pounds in 20 days. I'm very satisfied with this cleanse. I'm ordering my second round today. I will continue using the product. I have noticed I have more energy and I feel better. I'm not as tired. I also look great in my clothes. I want to lose 20 more pounds. *

One thing that I noticed was that I had little to no trouble falling asleep and when I woke up in the morning I was not tired. I am a teacher so I had to set an alarm to remind me to take my pills. I am going to try the 10 day version of the Full Body Cleanse when we get out of school this summer to ease my way back into the full body again. *

I had been trying to loose the extra weight I gained when I got married 5 years ago. Before I married weigh 137 my weight I gained 161. I ordered the Full Body Cleanse and thought why not, I've been looking at it for well over 2 years. I started on may 5th at 161 now I am 147 and I LOVE IT and guess what that's without exercising! 1st off this is a great jump start to anyone wanting to change their diet but I think the hype about all the weight loss is not that great! My wife and I both completed the Full Body Cleanse! I lost 12 lbs but I work out daily and she lost 7lbs. I assume we had our expectations way to high. For me the pills are not my favorite taking 600 pills in 20 days sucks. I don't think they really did anything for us but the Activated charcoal and the raw fruit and salads everyday is what helps you actually lose the weight on top of working out but that's common sense. I have recommended this to friends who are bigger than I am and need to get off their butts so we will see for them it may be better experience! *
