I tried the 20 day Full Body Cleanse last August to lose weight for a class reunion. I lost 12 pounds in all and 1 full size going from a 9/10 to a 7/8. I felt great...I noticed a change in my clothing right away. I stuck with the plan for the most part but did eat some brown rice and steamed vegetables every now and then just because I wanted something warm to eat. I also ate regular dressing on my salads but very very little. I am sure I probably would have lost about 15 pounds had I followed the plan to the letter. It is now March 1 and I am about to do the cleanse again because I ate what I wanted for Thanksgiving and Christmas and everyday in between LOL so I gained a few pounds back. This time I am making a lifetime change. I am starting at 155 and my goal is 140! I do suggest this cleanse to anyone who wants to feel and look great...it really works. *

I recently completed the Full Body Cleanse this month. I must say that the product actually does what it states. I had so much energy and felt lighter within a couple of days. After the slight headache, passed all was well. I did drink alkaline water during the entire cleanse which assisted with the detox. There were days I had cravings for cooked foods so I cooked my vegetables, mainly spinach & asparagus. I also had a few cravings for carbs too...so there were days I ate a few potato chips..overall, even with my cravings for snacks, I still lost 14 lbs. Thanks Dherbs, I'm on my way to a healthier me. I plan to continue using other cleansers within the Dherbs family soon. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse really worked! It was so hard sticking to the raw, vegan diet especially for a college student but I was pleased w/ the results. I will be doing the 10 day cleanse soon so I'll see what that does. *

The Full Body Cleanse I tried before is good for me. I don't have any problems except during work. I lost weight... 25 pounds. I weigh 210 pounds and I need to loose 12/15 pounds. *

I've done the 10 day express cleanse and the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I literally lost 1lb per day! The first couple days are a little tough but once my body flips that "detox switch" I felt great - mind, body, & soul! I am in the military. I have been using the Full Body Cleanse for a few years now. I am extremely happy that I get to knock out two things at once. I get to bring my weight down to where it needs to be for weigh-ins, plus I feel better throughout my body. It is a great product. Therefore, I have and will continue to recommend it to family and friends. *
