I began the Full Body Cleanse a few months back. And I must say, the hype is true. I didn't lose a lot of weight but I did see a difference in my urine, as well as my skin, sleep habits and female monthly friend. I am use to doing cleansing or fasting for church. I lost 14lbs and I felt energized and externally free! The Full Body Cleanse was everything it said it would be. When I took the Full Body Cleanse line it cleared my skin up and I felt really good afterwards.
