I think the Full Body Cleanse was very good and did deliver what it was suppose to do clean me out and I lost some weight; it was hard for a couple of days but once I got into it I was head strong. Also it has change my outlook on eating meat (and I love meat..smiles) but I'm finding myself watching what goes in my body. Now I'm going to do the Weight Release. *

The first few days were very difficult for me. Once I got into a routine it became easier. I lost weight and lowered my blood sugar. *
