I highly recommend the Dherbs Full Body Cleanse, I have completed the cleanse on several occasions over the last few years and always feel totally re-energized, rejuvenated and totally refreshed. The first time I completed the 20 day cleanse I did it more for the cleansing than for weight loss as I did not think I had much weight to lose. The Full Body Cleanse has been successful to me. In the beginning taking the pills so often was difficult, but managed to do well. The suggest times helped, but if I did not get it in then I would take it when I remembered. I thought the Activated Charcoal was going to taste awful, however it has no taste at all. I went from 300 to 289. I imagine that had I not gotten off course I might have lost more weight. However it is not just about the weight, I have also learned to eat differently. *
