I just completed the Full Body Cleanse on yesterday and I feel amazing. I have never had this much success and not feel drained or tired. I weighed this morning and I lost a total of 13.5 pounds. The first five days was full of headaches because I was a huge Mt. Dew drinker like 5 sodas a day. I have not wanted one at all.(that a lone is a big success for me). After day 5 it was easy the hardest thing was the boring food but once I started seeing the results I was like this food is going to lead me to victory. The Full Body Cleanse really worked for me, it was just the amount of pills that I had to take that kind of slowed me up on the cleanse. But I'm most definitely trying the cleanse again soon. I've been looking up information on the Weight Release Cleanse that I'm going to start soon so I can be smaller and fuller on energy for my vacation coming up at the end of October. *
