Really easy program to follow and no side effects from the Full Body Cleanse. Already down 4lbs after the first week! *

The Full Body Cleanse is amazing...my body needed it and responded so well to it. It cleansed more than i bargained for, and it was worth the 10 days I was on it.. The biggest challenge was my mind and of course not eating junk foods. You will see immediate changes in your skin, hair, breath and over all body. This isn't just for people trying to loose weight. I was very toxic and lethargic after some curve balls life had thrown my way. Clarity came quickly and the Full Body Cleanse has helped me be less emotional and make better life decisions. Since I was able to conqueor the 10 cleanse, I'm now going to purchase the 20 day plan. I'm really looking for greater results this time. Life is wonderful, Thank you Dherbs! * *

Hi! I LOVE DHerbs! I wasn't sure I had the discipline to to the raw diet and take the herbs, but I did! I lost 20 pounds and felt great! I had been wanting to do some sort of cleanse and a co-worker recommended the Full Body Cleanse! Now we all use your products. My next cleanse will be the weight release cleanse! I can't wait! The Full Body Cleanse was great overall. It gave me lots of energy - I shot out of my bed like a canon every morning instead of my usual sluggish routine. I felt energized and positive all day long. It caused frequent but brief and interesting-looking bowel movements. I know I'm not the only one that looks! No problem there. I felt really "clean" internally. There were no natural body "fragrances" during the cleanse, either. My mind was clear and my mood was upbeat throughout the cleanse. I even ordered the children's version for my daughter. Unfortunately, we weren't able to administer the cleanse as suggested due to her busy summer schedule but we'll try again with a new cleanse soon. Like many, I was really hoping to lose lots of waste and therefore weight during this cleanse. I dropped about eight pounds but to be truthful, I probably could've dropped more had I followed the necessary raw diet a bit more closely. I ate completely raw by the second half of the cleanse. I took the Weight Release Cleanse about three weeks afterwards, I stuck to the raw diet a little better with it and saw a bit more weight loss. After the two cleanses, I could definitely see myself being a vegan as any desire for meat, sweets and processed foods had vanished. Unfortunately, only one month or so later, the cravings have reappeared and I find myself eating meat again other not-so-good-for-you foods and none of the salads, veggies and fresh smoothies I enjoyed during the cleanse. I want to get back on track so I plan to try another of the offered cleanses soon. I'll definitely try the Full Body Cleanse again as I enjoyed the positive feelings, the mental clarity and all of the energy it provided. I'll likely order it again just before the holidays. I was amazed what the Full Body Cleanse did so much that I am planning to do it again. But can you suggest a follow up for long term after the cleansing. I'm a vegetarian but I don't feel as good as when I was doing the cleansing...but overall it was better than I expected and especially if you follow the directions. Thanks for your help. *

It was a practice in patience and will power which is the real everlasting benefit of the Full Body Cleanse. 20 days in that long if you plan your meals and eat on schedule. I lost 15 lbs but I now know I can loose more if I choose to. *

I just completed the Full Body Cleanse and lost 18lbs. I am very satisfied with this product. Now I'm into my third day of the WRC and hope to lose 18-20 more. I started out at 216, and now I'm down to 197. My goal is to reach between 175 and 180. I think I'll make it. Thanks, DHerbs! *

I was extremely optimistic about his cleanse. I was training for a 545 mile bike ride and needed some help on the inside of my body. I found this cleanse and got it started. Was very tough- there were some points when I would fantasize about pizza and junk food. Come day 20, I felt accomplished. It took a lot of dedication to complete the Full Body Cleanse, but I stuck through and made life changes. It's amazing how eating fruits and veggies alone will push all the garbage out of your system to function as t was intended. I felt like a god. *
